Dare to Dream: Live the Life You Love
Can’t make one of the live workshops? No problem. Register now for a session (or the full series) and we’ll send you a link to the recording(s).
Still not sure what you want to be when you grow up?
Feeling stifled, stuck, or like you were made for more?
Is the idea of life in the civilian world daunting (or even terrifying)?
Do you dread Mondays (Tuesdays, Wednesdays …) and live for the weekends?
Are you afraid you might not, or will never, find purpose in your civilian career?
If any (or all) of the above applies to you, don’t miss MOAA’s upcoming virtual workshop series Dare to Dream: Live the Life You Love. Starting Nov. 26, you can take part in an hourlong interactive session (noon to 1 p.m. Eastern) every Tuesday for four weeks. It’s perfect for those who are:
Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you gain insights about (or get reacquainted with) yourself so you can discern and fulfill your unique calling in life. Restlessness and yearning to make an impact are part of your DNA because you were created for purpose: When you discover that purpose, and how to align to it, you will love your life!
MOAA’s program director for Transition Services and Family Programs and Executive Career Coach, Cmdr. Erin Orlich Cardinal, USN (Ret), a professional career coach with nearly a decade of corporate and coaching experience, will lead this workshop. She has supported more than 1,000 military members in their work to successfully navigate transition and find fulfillment beyond the uniform. You won’t want to miss this power-packed four-part series:
Module 1: Rediscover Yourself (Tuesday, Nov. 26). Gain clarity around, or confirm, your personal and professional aspirations through guided and self-reflection that will result in your “self-inventory.”
Module 2: Redefine Your ‘Why’ (Tuesday, Dec. 3). Discover your true motivation by answering a series of questions that will reveal your deepest desires.
Module 3: Reclaim Your Mind (Tuesday, Dec. 10). Learn a framework to help you take back control of your thoughts so you can mitigate negative self-talk or doubt preventing you from living a life you love.
Module 4: Reignite Your Life (Tuesday, Dec. 17). Create an action plan and learn how to implement strategies and tools to keep you on track and accountable.
While this workshop is best experienced in sequence and in its entirety, you are welcome to attend any module. Register for any individual session for $50, or attend all four at a reduced cost; you'll receive a link to a recording of the sessions for which you've registered, whether or not you can watch live:
Workshops of this nature are valued at much higher price points ($800 or more), but MOAA wants to offer this self-investment at a lower price; it’s an effort in line with our “Never Stop Serving” approach. After all, if you knew you would get to live the life you love, what would you be willing to pay?
Let MOAA help you gain the clarity you seek, and tap into the courage you already have, so you can live a life that you love!
Due to the interactive nature of this workshop, seats are limited – reserve your spot now!
