After joining Indeed.com in 2016, Andrew noticed employers were looking to hire military-experienced candidates but having trouble doing so. On the other end, veteran job seekers were looking to connect with these employers. To fix this, in 2017, Andrew pitched for the Indeed Incubator Program and "Indeed Military" was created to learn more about the struggles faced by these job seekers and employers.
In 2018, Andrew joined the Global Product Commercialization team to create a Veteran Strategy. That year he won the Entrepreneur of the Year award. Since then, Andrew has helped grow the Indeed for Veterans Program database to almost 1.7 million self-identified military-experienced job seekers and helped create solutions for employers to source, attract, and target veteran job seekers. Andrew is grateful to help those who have served.
