Tony Creed is a retired naval officer and has served as CEO, CFO, COO, CAO, director, executive director, and associate medical center director of several public, private, and nonprofit organizations as large as 6,000 employees with operating budgets greater than $1.25 billion.  
 
He currently serves as founder and CEO of ARCCO Enterprises, where he has overseen the formation, acquisition, and growth of an enterprise of 50 franchise salons representing three brands across three states.
