As the executive assistant to the president and CEO, Kristian reports directly to the executive vice president/COO while providing executive-level support to the president/CEO. Kristian serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Executive Office. She also serves as a liaison to the MOAA Board of Directors and MOAA staff.

Kristian has been at MOAA since September 2021, where she started as a member service representative. She has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Hampton University in Hampton, Va.
