Hana Romer

Hana Romer

Hana Romer is a Marine Corps veteran and a Marine Corps spouse. She served 10 years and was honorably discharged in 2012. She attended Texas A&M University and received her bachelor of science in agricultural studies in 2017. She currently works on behalf of the VA mental health campaign “Make the Connection” as the senior director of outreach and recruitment.

 

In 2019, she was selected as one of 14 advisory board members for the Military Family Advisory Network (MFAN). She served for a second term as the voice of Marine Corps families, women veterans, dual active duty servicemembers, and military children. She received the President’s Silver Volunteer Service Award for her work with MFAN.

 

Hana was the 2020 Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year for MCAS Yuma and the 2024 Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year for Camp Lejeune.

 

Hana and her husband, Nick, have been married for 16 years and have two children together. Her husband is currently assigned to Camp Lejeune, and they live in Surf City, N.C.
