Cathy Artino is a native of the great “Buckeye State” and graduated with a degree in public relations from Kent State University.

As the spouse of an Army aviator, she has moved 12 times in the past 20 years and understands the challenges military spouses face when navigating a new community and finding gainful employment.

While she’s new to the TotalForce+ team, she isn’t new to MOAA. Her career with the association began in 2015 when she served as associate editor at Military Officer magazine. In 2019, she joined the MOAA Charities team and worked her way to the role of program director until another military move took her across the country in 2024. She currently is the director of Major Events, Logistics, and Support on the TotalForce+ team.

Artino and her husband are stationed at the Presidio of Monterey in California.
