Leslie Janaros is the Senior Director of Major Events at MOAA, where she oversees the TotalForce+ conference. This flagship event brings together leaders from the military, industry, and nonprofit sectors to address some of the toughest “people” challenges and advance solutions for the military and veteran community.

Before joining MOAA, Janaros was the force development project manager at Flatter, Inc., supporting leadership development initiatives for senior Department of the Air Force personnel. An Air Force veteran, she served as a special agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), with her final assignment as the commander of AFOSI Detachment 411 at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. 

Janaros also co-founded Five & Thrive, a quality-of-life initiative focused on supporting service members and their families across all six military branches. Committed to giving back, she volunteers at Arlington National Cemetery, honoring and supporting the loved ones of those who have served.
