Sam Freakley leads BetterUp's Government delivery team, overseeing programs and delivery for Department of Defense, Federal, and State and Local partners. Prior to BetterUp, Sam was a management consultant focusing on human capital and workforce transformation strategy. 

Sam started his professional career as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army. Sam holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
