MOAA members logging in to MOAA.org for the first time under our new customer database will need to reset their password to access their account.
Members can click here to log in, and click the "forgot password" link (and follow the prompts) to receive reset information. Check your spam and/or junk email folders for the follow-up email.
If you're having trouble accessing your account or resetting your password, or you're having other system issues, please contact MOAA’s Member Service Center (MSC) at msc@moaa.org or (800) 234-MOAA (6622) for assistance.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to facilitate this upgrade.
NOTE: Your "email of record" will replace your username when accessing your online account. Contact the MSC if you have multiple emails on file with MOAA to determine your email of record.
